What Will I Be Doing in the Class?
In Face Yoga, you will learn to tone and lengthen the muscles in the forehead, eyes, cheeks, mouth/lips, jaw, and neck. There are two parts to Face Yoga: toning and lengthening the muscles, just like you would with the body.

Toning: This part builds the muscles up, which helps lift and sculpt the face to our desired position.

Lengthening: This helps the muscles relax, which diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, allowing the skin to lay flat along the muscles.​
