We offer Barre and Yoga classes, including Full-body Barre workouts, Dynamic Vinyasa flows, and Restorative Yoga. Members also have access to our on-demand library.
Classes are accessible for all ages and levels of fitness.
High repetition, low impact movement with a high-calorie burn. The method uses your bodyweight for resistance, along with yoga and ballet-inspired stretches to create a toned physique.
Vinyasa style yoga using dynamic flows and balances to strengthen the core and tone the legs, with deep stretches to open the joints and lengthen the muscles. The class finishes with an indulgent relaxation.
Our pre-recorded workouts allow you to choose when and where you workout. You can enjoy unlimited access when you join one of our membership plans.
