We offer Barre and Yoga classes for you to practice at home, including Full-body Barre workouts, Dynamic and Restorative Yoga. There are also short 5-10 minute workouts, that you can mix and match
depending on your goals and mood.

High repetition, low impact movement with a high-calorie burn. The method uses your bodyweight for resistance training, along with yoga and ballet-inspired stretches to help create a toned physique. The class is for all levels of fitness, pre & post ladies welcome.
Vinyasa style yoga using dynamic flows and balances to strengthen the core and tone the legs, with deep stretches to open the joints and lengthen the muscles. The class finishes with an indulgent relaxation.

This class is perfect for people in retirement. The session is specifically designed to help you feel stronger and build confidence by working on balance and posture. This unique class is a pure fusion of barre method and yoga. Starting with reconnection of the breath to calm the mind/body and vinyasa flows to warm up. Combing barre method with deep stretches to sculpt and strengthen the body, which ends in well-deserved relaxation. It’s a complete holistic mind, body workout and timeout.
